The classic black comedy Arsenic and Old Lace portrays the murderous madness of the Brewster family. With dismay, Maureen Brewster realises that her sweet old aunts are perhaps not as harmless as they seem. As her brother, a criminal with a monstrous face, returns home, old quarrels arise and the truth about the family finally comes to light. Between insanity, murder and elderberry wine, sibling rivalries are finally settled, engagements announced and graves dug. Many, many graves.
